Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Service

Rileyrestorer offers B2B services for forensic data recovery, server restoration, and business continuity after computer disasters. Services are provided exclusively to legal entities or authorized professionals who have accepted these terms through a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. Client Rights and Obligations

The client declares to be the legitimate owner of the data or to have express authorization to request its recovery. They are responsible for providing physical or logical access to the affected systems, as well as maintaining independent backups. Any attempt at unauthorized manipulation of digital evidence voids the service warranty.

3. Limitations of Liability

Rileyrestorer does not guarantee total data recovery in all scenarios, especially when there is irreversible physical damage to the media or non-reversible military-grade encryption. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service, excluding indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruption. We are not responsible for data not backed up by the client.

4. Confidentiality and Security

All information shared during the recovery process is handled under strict encryption protocols and chain of custody. Recovered data is delivered only to the authorized contact and is deleted from our systems after 30 days, unless otherwise required by law. The client may request immediate destruction through a written request.

5. Cancellation and Termination Conditions

The client may cancel the service at any time, but charges for work already performed are non-refundable. Rileyrestorer may suspend or terminate the service if fraudulent use, violation of these terms, or payment default is detected. In the event of termination by us, a status report of the process will be provided.

6. Modifications and Jurisdiction

These terms may be modified with 15 days' prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the commercial courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction.
